Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Plan Compliance Administration Analyst - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly reporting to ensure goals are met
• Manage complex plans and provide guidance on escalated issues
• Lead training and development of the compliance administration team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of Retirement Plans Administration experience
• Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
• Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
• QKA or equivalent designation preferred
