Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Plan Compliance Administration Analyst - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce reports to ensure goals are met and manage complex plans outside of the pooled environment
• Provide guidance on escalated issues, lead team training, and oversee compliance with regulations and policies
• Administer large plans, perform compliance testing, and support plan audits while utilizing multiple systems efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
• Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
• Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
• QKA or equivalent designation preferred
