Lead Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and experienced Lead Revenue Operations Systems & Insights Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team in a full-time remote capacity, responsible for transforming raw revenue data into actionable insights and optimizing RevOps systems for data quality and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data structures for RevOps metrics and performance reporting
• Serve as the data expert lead for critical RevOps systems, ensuring clean and accurate data extraction
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data logic using DBT on Snowflake to support reporting

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Intelligence within a SaaS company
• Deep expertise in key RevOps platforms, including Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, Gong, and/or Chorus
• Proficient in RevOps data tools, including DBT, Snowflake, and advanced SQL
• Strong background in structuring RevOps data for business metrics and KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or Computer Science
