Lead Robotics Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and leading the development of software systems for space and terrestrial robotics applications, the full-time Lead Robotics Engineer will create production-ready solutions and rapid prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software and system architectures for space robotics and autonomous platforms
• Build production-ready solutions and validate flight and ground software for deployment
• Lead verification, validation, and integration of flight software, including testing scenarios

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in architecture and development of application software for flight and ground systems
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for embedded Linux environments
• End-to-end experience from requirements definition through launch-ready solutions
• Understanding of space environment constraints on hardware and software design
• Familiarity with spacecraft communication protocols such as CCSDS, CAN, or SpaceWire
