Key Responsibilities

• Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Perform quality checks and maintain equipment in excellent operating condition
• Provide customer service and support, addressing client concerns and training new employees as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred
• 2+ years of ROI fulfillment experience or 4 years external experience required
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of medical records and HIPAA
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and multiple EMR platforms
