Key Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests accurately and in a timely manner according to established procedures
• Validate requests and authorizations for medical record releases, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal guidelines
• Provide training and support to team members, serving as a subject matter expert and monitoring quality and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' ROI fulfillment experience with related knowledge of EMR platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in onboarding and training new employees
