Job Summary

Lead ROI Medical Records Specialist is a full-time position responsible for processing release of information (ROI) requests accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests timely and accurately, ensuring compliance with policies and legal guidelines
• Provide onboarding and training for new employees while serving as a subject matter expert
• Monitor quality and productivity metrics to ensure high-quality output and operational consistency

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma (GED) required; degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years' ROI fulfillment experience with Sharecare HDS or 4 years of external ROI experience required
• Advanced knowledge of multiple EMR platforms and ROI request types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet task deadlines
