Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Robotic Processing Automation Developer I.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration and refactoring of RPA bots from UiPath to Power Automate Desktop
Design, develop, and test automation scripts using RPA tools to support HR operations
Document migration processes, workflows, and best practices for knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Java, C++, .NET, SQL or 2+ years in RPA development
Mastery of process and project management concepts
5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with a Master's Degree
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
