Lead RPA Developer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead RPA Developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions
- Define automation roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers and analysts
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in RPA solutioning and development
- Expert-level hands-on experience with Blue Prism; experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus
- Experience with the Healthcare industry is a must
- Good knowledge of BPM platforms (e.g., Appian, Pega, IBM BPM, or similar)
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools
