Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Ruby on Rails Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives end-to-end through technical design, implementation, and testing
• Contribute code as a Lead-level individual contributor, demonstrating best practices and setting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and refine the software development processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong Ruby on Rails background with a track record of successful projects
• Solid AWS infrastructure experience (ECS, RDS, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of systems design and multi-service architecture
• Familiarity with data storage solutions (SQL/Redis/Data warehousing)
• Experience with observability and monitoring practices (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, etc.)
