Lead SailPoint Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions, the full-time Lead SailPoint Engineer will mentor team members, architect identity profiles, and ensure secure integrations with various systems while managing identity governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor team members in deploying and maintaining SailPoint ISC-based identity solutions
• Architect and configure Identity Profiles and Access Profiles, implementing Null Checks and Transforms
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues within the SailPoint platform

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint ISC, including expertise in Identity Profiles, Null Checks, and Access Profiles
• Proven track record of implementing SailPoint in enterprise environments
• Familiarity with identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and role-based access control
• Strong scripting skills (Bean shell, Java, etc.) and knowledge of APIs
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
