Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Sales Development Representative (Outbound).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a repeatable outbound SDR process to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
- Act as a player-coach, achieving individual targets while establishing best practices
- Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to align on targeting, messaging, and handoffs
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in an outbound role with a focus on meeting or pipeline targets
- Strong skills in prospecting, messaging, and objection handling
- Experience with high-volume outbound activities and persistence
- Familiarity with modern outbound and CRM tools, preferably Salesloft or Outreach
- Ambition to grow into a leadership role and scale a team
