Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Sales Development Representative (Outbound).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute a repeatable outbound SDR process to generate qualified meetings and pipeline
  • Act as a player-coach, achieving individual targets while establishing best practices
  • Collaborate with AEs and Marketing to align on targeting, messaging, and handoffs
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in an outbound role with a focus on meeting or pipeline targets
  • Strong skills in prospecting, messaging, and objection handling
  • Experience with high-volume outbound activities and persistence
  • Familiarity with modern outbound and CRM tools, preferably Salesloft or Outreach
  • Ambition to grow into a leadership role and scale a team
