Job Summary

Defining the growth strategy for remote visual inspection solutions, the full-time Lead Sales Manager will manage sales channels, develop strategic customer relationships, and provide training to team members while working remotely in Korea.

Key responsibilities
  • Define RVI growth strategy for Korea and manage channels and direct sales to achieve operational targets
  • Serve as a knowledge center for RVI applications and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies with banking partners
  • Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing accounts, delivering on internal targets such as orders, revenue, and margin
Required qualifications
  • Preferred 6 years of sales experience in NDT technologies or the borescope field
  • BS or higher degree in engineering or non-destructive testing
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the borescope market and competitors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Korean
