Job Summary
Defining the growth strategy for remote visual inspection solutions, the full-time Lead Sales Manager will manage sales channels, develop strategic customer relationships, and provide training to team members while working remotely in Korea.
Key responsibilities
- Define RVI growth strategy for Korea and manage channels and direct sales to achieve operational targets
- Serve as a knowledge center for RVI applications and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies with banking partners
- Coordinate support resources to maintain and grow existing accounts, delivering on internal targets such as orders, revenue, and margin
Required qualifications
- Preferred 6 years of sales experience in NDT technologies or the borescope field
- BS or higher degree in engineering or non-destructive testing
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with the borescope market and competitors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Korean
