Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Sales & Growth Operations Analyst to enhance their GTM analytics program and facilitate data-driven decision-making across Sales and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve GTM performance metrics and reporting infrastructure for visibility into bookings and forecast accuracy
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing, translating analytics into actionable insights
- Deliver analyses and dashboards that influence decision-making and measure progress toward GTM goals
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Data Analytics within a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to connect data to growth strategy and translate insights into operational levers
- Experience building data and insights for business reviews
- Expertise in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and BI platforms like Tableau
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures and GTM object relationships
