Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Sales & Growth Operations Analyst to enhance their GTM analytics program and facilitate data-driven decision-making across Sales and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve GTM performance metrics and reporting infrastructure for visibility into bookings and forecast accuracy
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing, translating analytics into actionable insights
  • Deliver analyses and dashboards that influence decision-making and measure progress toward GTM goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Data Analytics within a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to connect data to growth strategy and translate insights into operational levers
  • Experience building data and insights for business reviews
  • Expertise in SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and BI platforms like Tableau
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce data structures and GTM object relationships
