Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Sales Recruiter (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for revenue-driving functions and manage high-volume talent pipelines
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates and enhance employer branding
• Provide data-driven insights and partner with stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business growth plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in life sciences, with 3 years focused on sales or commercial roles
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles and maintain high efficiency in fast-paced environments
