Job Summary
As a full-time remote Lead Sales Strategy Analyst, the successful candidate will manage sales strategy and operations by providing data-driven insights, developing forecasting models, and collaborating across teams to enhance global sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver timely reporting and insights to support sales planning and executive visibility
- Translate business priorities into actionable planning assumptions and operational recommendations
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and facilitate alignment on strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau or Hex
- Experience building forecasting models and scalable reporting frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on leveraging data to drive business decisions
