Job Summary
To support HubSpot's global sales performance, the full-time remote Lead Sales Strategy Analyst will analyze data, develop sales strategies, and communicate insights to senior leadership, driving operational improvements and forecasting processes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver timely reporting and insights to support sales planning and decision-making
- Translate business priorities into planning assumptions, targets, and operational recommendations
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Hex
- Experience building forecasting models and scalable reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets to drive business decisions
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
