Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Lead Sales Strategy Analyst will manage sales strategy, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver timely reporting and insights to support sales planning and executive visibility
- Shape sales strategy by translating business priorities into operational recommendations and planning assumptions
- Present complex analyses and recommendations to stakeholders, helping to align teams on strategic initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and BI/data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience in building forecasting models and scalable reporting frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and operational processes
