Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Lead Sales Strategy Analyst will analyze sales performance, develop forecasting models, and provide strategic insights to support HubSpot's global sales operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver timely reporting and insights to aid decision-making and annual sales planning
- Translate business priorities into actionable sales strategies and operational recommendations
- Present insights and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and decision-making
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, or FP&A
- Proficient in SQL, Looker, and BI/data visualization platforms like Tableau
- Experience building forecasting models and scalable reporting frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
