Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Lead Sales Strategy Analyst will manage data-driven recommendations and actionable plans to enhance sales performance, focusing on annual sales planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver timely reporting and insights to support decision-making and quarterly planning
- Shape sales strategy by translating business priorities into operational recommendations and targets
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and progress
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, strategy, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and BI/data visualization platforms like Tableau and Hex
- Experience in building forecasting models and scalable reporting frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience automating reporting and improving operational processes
