Job Summary

To provide exceptional technical and sales support for AAP blended learning and e-learning programs, the full-time Lead Sales Support Specialist will manage complex customer interactions, oversee the opportunity-to-fulfillment process, and serve as a key escalation point while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the opportunity-to-fulfillment process for AAP programs, including CRM execution and license fulfillment
  • Act as a subject matter expert to resolve customer support inquiries and perform technical troubleshooting across platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely resolution of customer needs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support, with strong troubleshooting skills
  • At least 1 year of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency in order management and fulfillment processes related to eLearning platforms
  • Foundational technical troubleshooting knowledge for PC and platform-based systems
