Lead Salesforce Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Functional Analyst to drive business requirements and solution design for Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Write requirements using various modeling techniques and perform impact analysis on existing processes
• Configure and maintain Salesforce applications, including custom objects and workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and develop customized reports and dashboards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
• 5+ years of experience in a Business or Technical Analyst role, preferably in commercial functions
• 5+ years of IT experience supporting integrated systems and Salesforce.com
• Critical SFDC functional configuration skills and proficiency in creating functional mock-ups and flow charts
• Basic knowledge of database architecture and best practices for BI reporting
