Job Summary
To support a Federal Civilian agency's Salesforce DevSecOps modernization, the full-time Lead Salesforce Architect will serve as the design authority for a dedicated team, focusing on Salesforce platform architecture, compliance with FedRAMP/FISMA, and operationalizing the AutoRABIT suite, while working remotely with occasional on-site meetings in the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the architectural roadmap and integration patterns for Salesforce, ensuring platform scalability and security compliance
- Define and implement reference architecture for AutoRABIT CI/CD pipelines and security posture management
- Lead technical reviews and mentor senior Salesforce engineers through architectural knowledge transfer and design walkthroughs
Required qualifications:
- Active Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce System Architect credentials
- 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including 3+ years in an architect-level role on enterprise-scale implementations
- Deep experience with Salesforce DX, Git workflows, and modern CI/CD practices
- Hands-on platform security experience in a regulated environment, preferably with NIST 800-53 control mapping
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
