Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead architect for complex Salesforce Data 360 implementations, ensuring solution integrity
• Oversee all project phases, ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with business outcomes
• Translate client goals into actionable technical architectures and provide architectural governance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem implementations, with 2+ years focused on Data 360
• Proven success leading multi-phase, enterprise Data 360 implementations in regulated industries
• Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Data 360, including data modeling and activation
• Expert-level knowledge of the Customer 360 Data Model and experience with data integration
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data interoperability standards
