A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns
Oversee hands-on development, code reviews, and mentorship of junior developers

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5+ years focused on Salesforce development
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred
Proven experience leading Salesforce development efforts in complex environments
Exceptional ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
