A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Design and implement autonomous AI systems to automate complex business processes
• Integrate AI/ML models with Salesforce to drive predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Certified Application or System Architect preferred
• Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and advanced configuration
• Direct experience developing or integrating AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
