Lead Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
Leading high-impact enterprise projects in a collaborative hybrid environment, the contract Lead Salesforce Developer will architect Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, mentor engineering teams, and drive modernization initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions and design enterprise security models
- Lead technical development by building advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) for the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) framework
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud and external systems via APIs to establish unified customer profiles
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role
- Proven expertise in deploying Experience Cloud sites using Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and advanced LWC
- Strong mastery of security architectures, including External Identity and SSO
- Knowledge of API integrations and asynchronous Apex process automation
- Active Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I and Experience Cloud Consultant
