Lead SAP Order to Cash Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Lead SAP Order to Cash Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage and optimize technological solutions for the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within SAP, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support daily operations and enhance system functionalities.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide functional and operational support for the Order-to-Cash process in SAP S/4HANA & ECC SD, including sales documents, pricing, and billing
• Maintain and troubleshoot integration points between SAP and legacy systems to ensure data accuracy and process continuity
• Gather business requirements, assess change requests, and support enhancements while ensuring alignment with order-to-cash processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred
• 8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on order-to-cash technology solutions, specifically in SAP Sales and Distribution
• 2+ years of experience with S/4 HANA
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP S/4 and ECC in the sales and distribution domain
• Strong understanding of EDI integration within the SAP Sales and Distribution module
