Lead Scrum Master

Job Summary

Driving agile excellence in a fully remote environment, the Lead Scrum Master will leverage hybrid Scrum Master and Project Manager expertise to deliver high-quality products on time while fostering cross-functional collaboration and championing continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices
• Coach cross-functional teams to maintain a prioritized backlog and deliver on product vision
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones for predictable project delivery

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Agile development as a hybrid Scrum Master and Project Manager
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, tools, and principles with hands-on Scrum facilitation
• Demonstrated experience in establishing governance and process standards
• Hands-on expertise with Jira
• Proficient in managing risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
