Lead SDET for Capital Markets
Job Summary
Seeking a Lead SDET for Capital Markets, the hybrid position will manage test automation, quality engineering, and validation of financial services platforms while ensuring the performance and reliability of mission-critical applications.
Key responsibilities
- Perform functional, automation, API, regression, and end-to-end testing for Capital Markets applications
- Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts using Java or Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, specifically in Capital Markets or Financial Services
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python for test automation and framework development
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber
- Proficient in SQL with experience validating data across databases and ETL processes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and exposure to GenAI technologies
