Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead SDR Operations Specialist to optimize the SDR operational ecosystem globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize core systems, ensuring advanced configurations across the Sales Development Technology Stack
- Lead operational planning activities and deliver strategic insights through comprehensive reporting
- Ensure operational reliability by anticipating system disruptions and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SDR Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Proven expertise in administering and optimizing a GTM Technology Stack, including Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Intermediate proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards and Power BI
- Salesforce Administrator, Outreach, and/or PowerBI Certifications preferred
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and experience in leading strategic change management initiatives
