Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SDR Operations Specialist to optimize the SDR operational ecosystem globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize core systems, ensuring advanced configurations across the Sales Development Technology Stack
  • Lead operational planning activities and deliver strategic insights through comprehensive reporting
  • Ensure operational reliability by anticipating system disruptions and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in SDR Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Operations
  • Proven expertise in administering and optimizing a GTM Technology Stack, including Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
  • Intermediate proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools, such as Salesforce Reporting & Dashboards and Power BI
  • Salesforce Administrator, Outreach, and/or PowerBI Certifications preferred
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and experience in leading strategic change management initiatives
