Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead SEC Reporting Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preparation of Quarterly and Annual Reports on Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• Assist with preparation of quarterly earnings release filing (8-K)
• Manage XBRL process during 10-Q and 10-K filings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of related experience, CPA license preferred
• 2-3 years of SEC external reporting experience
• 2-5 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting firm preferred
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
