Lead Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Security Engineer, Product Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security-focused feedback to engineers throughout the development lifecycle
• Conduct technical security assessments on various products and services
• Mentor junior team members and communicate security risks through training and demonstrations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in architecting and securing large-scale commercial products
• Strong understanding of security best practices, including Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP PaaS, microservices, and container orchestration
• Ability to manage multiple dependencies and negotiate complex technical problems
• Experience with public speaking or published research is a plus
