Lead Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading enterprise security operations in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Lead Security Operations Manager will oversee threat monitoring, incident response, and detection engineering initiatives using CrowdStrike Falcon NGSIEM while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's security posture.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage incident detection, investigation, response, and proactive threat hunting activities across the enterprise
• Oversee NGSIEM administration, platform health, performance management, and continuous optimization
• Drive security automation, governance reporting, and operational excellence while mentoring SOC analysts and security engineers

Required qualifications:

• Extensive experience leading Security Operations Center (SOC) functions and incident response programs
• Hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Falcon NGSIEM, or similar security analytics platforms
• Strong expertise in threat hunting, incident investigation, and cybersecurity operations
• Experience managing log onboarding and monitoring across various security platforms
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and mentoring security analysts and engineers
