Lead Security Risk Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure that information security risks are managed effectively, the full-time remote Lead Security Risk Assessment Analyst will develop and conduct risk assessments of external parties, provide guidance on risk management, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex risk assessments of external party information security controls to meet Lincoln's risk management requirements
• Determine risk profiles for vendors and business partners using questionnaires and knowledge of policies and best practices
• Recommend and communicate risk mitigation plans to external parties and internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 4-Year/Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT Audit, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security, IT Audit, or Information Risk Management
• 2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence relevant to the role
• Knowledge of information security issues, trends, and legislation
• Experience with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for program effectiveness
