Job Summary

Leading a team of software engineers, the full-time Lead Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver scalable software solutions while providing technical leadership and mentorship in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with business priorities
• Provides technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to the engineering team
• Manages, mentors, and supports a team of 2-8 software engineers, including performance feedback and career development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
• 5-10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects or small engineering teams
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Ruby and Ruby on Rails, modern web application architecture, and relational databases
