Lead Service Designer, Spanish Literacy

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of professional learning services for a Spanish literacy curriculum, the full-time remote Lead Service Designer will manage projects, develop high-quality learning experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support educators and administrators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from vision through delivery, overseeing the work of 1-2 designers as needed
• Design and develop professional learning experiences and resources aligned to a Spanish literacy curriculum, ensuring quality and accessibility standards
• Collaborate effectively with the Service Design & Development team and foster a culture of trust and excellence

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' experience developing bilingual K-6 curriculum or coaching bilingual curriculum
• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency
• Deep content knowledge and pedagogical expertise in K-6 Spanish literacy and bilingual education
• At least 3 years' experience facilitating professional learning for teachers and administrators
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
