Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops and documentation for APM and TPM setup
Configure and support data setup, metrics, and workflows
Perform risk calculations and manage dashboard configurations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) is essential
Experience with Technical Portfolio Management (TPM) is essential
ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
Proven consultancy skills
