Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow APM / TPM Business Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops and documentation for APM and TPM processes
Set up and configure data fields, metrics, and workflows
Perform risk calculations and manage dashboards related to APM and TPM

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM) is essential
Experience with Technology Portfolio Management (TPM) is essential
ServiceNow certifications including CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more) are required
Strong consultancy skills are necessary
