Lead ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and impact
• Create systems and business process models to guide development teams in building solutions
• Manage user acceptance testing and track requirement statuses throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 5 - 7 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and skills
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work independently
