Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Technical Consultant with CMDB / CSDM for a remote contract position in the USA or Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB and CSDM
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and user story development
  • Advise on best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in CMDB and CSDM is essential
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more)
  • Experience in consultancy and communication
  • Part-time availability of around 30 hours per week
