Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer specializing in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimation, development, testing, and project management
• Serve as a technical lead and mentor, providing support and leadership in service development and improvement
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with ITSM implementation and knowledge of the ITIL framework
• Hands-on experience with ITOM Discovery and service mapping
• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a comparable major
• Client-facing or consulting experience required
