Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement new features using the ServiceNow low-code platform based on project priorities
• Manage service requests and workflows, ensuring smooth data flow between customers and support teams
• Participate in Agile meetings, deliver presentations during Sprint demos, and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 7+ years of experience with the ServiceNow ecosystem and Agile project implementations
• 3+ years specializing in ServiceNow offerings such as ITBM, CSM, HRSD, and ITSM
• Extensive experience in creating and managing complex integrations and configuring ServiceNow components
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, System Administrator, and Implementation Specialist certifications
