Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Lead ServiceNow Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects in a full-time remote role, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows and automation scripts
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
