Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will ensure optimal performance and security while mentoring a team in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules, manage complex workflows, and integrate external systems using various APIs
• Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring efficient solution delivery and adherence to best practices

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and third-party APIs
