Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability while mentoring a team and collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
• Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring efficient solution delivery and adherence to best practices

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
