Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

To support federal government projects, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions while leading a team in an Agile environment, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications in alignment with business requirements
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, manage complex workflows, and create custom widgets for the Service Portal
• Mentor a team of developers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
