Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will oversee the development and deployment of applications for federal government projects, ensuring optimal performance and security while mentoring a team in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, aligning with business requirements and best practices
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows, business rules, and automation scripts
• Mentor and guide a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring efficient solution delivery and collaboration with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
