Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will manage application development, integration efforts, and team mentorship while ensuring optimal platform performance and security.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications, aligning with business requirements and best practices
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow modules, manage complex workflows, and create custom UI components
• Mentor a team of developers, ensuring efficient solution delivery and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
