Lead ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for federal government projects, the full-time remote Lead ServiceNow Developer will utilize deep technical expertise to enhance ServiceNow applications while ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow applications aligned with business requirements
• Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and manage complex workflows using various scripting languages
• Mentor and lead a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring high-quality solution delivery in an Agile environment

Required qualifications:

• Active DHS Public Trust clearance or higher
• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow App Engine and custom application development
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
